In our last post we proposed 3 things to think about before Christmas. Here we have 4 more:
1.- Do some exercise: we all know that the big to get serious about our health is the 1st January but if you really want to take it seriously, start as soon as possible. It’s now or never.
2.- Prepare the perfect Christmas song list. Mix some classics with some new versions and some of the hits from this year to listen to while you’re decorating the tree, starting peeling the vegetables for Christmas dinner or having a hot chocolate in front of the fire.
3. Send a Christmas card to the important people. Don’t get sucked in to e-cards. Send a card by post to show you really care and hold your head high during the festive period.
4.- Take charge of the Christmas dinner. No more excuses of “I’m a disaster” nor the lack of time. Plan ahead and you’ll get it all done.
